Can I skip a regular cleaning session?

If something comes up or plans change then you are more than free to skip regular cleaning visits. Just let us know at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment.

How often should my house be deep cleaned?

This depends on several factors, including your lifestyle, the size of your home and your regular cleaning habits. Smaller homes with young children or pets will benefit more from frequently deep cleaning services, while larger homes or couples will get the most out of a biannual clean. However, we recommend that you aim for at least one deep cleaning a year.

How should I prepare before my cleaning appointment?

To maximise the efficiency of your cleaning service, we recommend you take a few preparatory measures including:

Point out any areas you want the cleaner to pay special attention paid to
Tidying up and decluttering as much as possible
Move any pets to a separate room if possible
If possible, make space for your cleaner's equipment
